Common questions

• Where's my order? Delivery is usually 3–6 working days. Your dispatch email has the details.
• My dog isn't taking to it. Have a look at the training plan's troubleshooting page first. If it's still not working within 30 days of delivery, email us for a Happy Paws guarantee refund, with no need to send it back.
• It arrived damaged. Email us a photo and your order number.

If you want to cancel an order, see Refunds and returns for the model cancellation form. You don't have to use it: an email is enough.

Meriklo sells this board; it doesn't manufacture it. Orders are packed at a UK warehouse and delivered by Royal Mail.
