Delivery

1. The short version
- Free delivery to mainland Great Britain. No minimum spend.
- Usually 3–6 working days from your order to your door: we pack it in 1–3 working days, then Royal Mail delivers it in 2–3 working days.
- Sent from a UK warehouse with Royal Mail.
- Christmas: order by Mon 14 December for delivery before Christmas to mainland GB.
- Some areas are outside our delivery area (section 2). Please check before you order.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays. The date range on the product page is worked out for you on that basis.
2. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain. We can't currently deliver to these postcodes:

Most of these are in Royal Mail's separate zones for remote and island addresses, and Northern Ireland is outside our warehouse's service. We're sorry if yours is one of them. We'll update this list if that changes.
If you order to one of these postcodes, our checkout may not stop it, because it can't block single postcodes. If that happens, we'll cancel the order, email you to explain, and refund you in full to the way you paid, within 14 days and usually much sooner.
3. How long it takes

These are typical times, not guarantees. Royal Mail is sometimes slower, especially in December. If your order hasn't arrived by the end of the window shown when you ordered, email support.meriklo@gmail.com and we'll look into it. If it's lost, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
When your order leaves the warehouse, we email you. If the Royal Mail service used for your parcel includes tracking, the tracking link is in that email.
4. Christmas 2026
Order by Monday 14 December for delivery to mainland GB before Christmas.
That date leaves room for up to 3 working days of packing before Royal Mail's published last posting dates for 2026 (2nd Class: Friday 18 December; Tracked 48: Saturday 19 December). Royal Mail says its dates can change, and so we'll update this page if they do.
Orders after 14 December are still welcome, but we can't say they'll arrive before Christmas. Working days don't include the bank holidays on Friday 25 December, Monday 28 December and Friday 1 January (and Monday 4 January in Scotland).

5. Delivery costs
Delivery to mainland GB is free. The price you see (£24.99 for one board, £39.98 for two) is the total you pay: VAT is included and there are no extra charges at checkout.
You won't pay any import charges when it arrives: it's already in the UK.
