If something goes wrong
If someone has been burned or hurt, get medical help first. Then, as soon as it is safe to do so, switch the unit off and unplug it by the plug, let it cool, and keep the unit, its packaging and any damaged part. If the unit is damaged, leaks or behaves abnormally, stop using it and unplug it the same way.
In either case email support.vapora@gmail.com with your order number, what happened, when, which part was involved and photos, or use the contact form and choose "A safety problem or injury" (photos by email only). We record every report and act on it, and we report incidents to the product-safety authority where the law requires it.
