Power and where it works
Will it work in my country?
Only in the United States. The Meriklo has a US plug and runs on 110 V only. It is not made for 220–240 V outlets, so we do not ship to the UK, the EU or Australia. We do not currently offer a 220–240 V version.
Can I use it abroad with a plug adapter or voltage converter?
No. A plug adapter changes the pins, not the voltage. Running the unit on anything other than a 110 V supply counts as misuse under our warranty. We ship to US addresses only.
What is the power rating?
We do not publish a power rating yet: the listed figure has not been verified against the rating plate of a delivered unit, so we leave it out rather than guess. It runs on a US plug at 110 V.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
To addresses in the United States only. Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 5–7 business days of your order. Delivery in the US takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. We email you when your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders ship from inside the United States, so we do not expect customs duties or import fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email support.vapora@gmail.com with your order number and what you want changed. After 12 hours we cannot promise a change, and the returns process applies once the order is delivered.
Returns and warranty
What is the returns window?
30 days from the day your order is delivered. The unit must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, with every piece from the kit list.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item is faulty or wrong. If a piece from the kit list is missing, that counts as a wrong item and we cover it.
Something arrived broken or missing. What do I do?
Email support.vapora@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We cover the return if one is needed, and we replace or refund.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. A 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the day of delivery. It does not cover wear parts (O-rings, brushes, cloth cover), scale build-up, damage from misuse, or use at any voltage other than 110 V.

Using it
Which attachment do I use for what?
- Nylon adapter (pin nozzle): grout lines, tight gaps and corners. It is also the base the brushes and nozzle fit onto.
- Off-center nozzle: tap bases, sink edges, under rims, corners.
- Large nylon brush: stovetops, tile and larger flat areas.
- Small nylon brush: window tracks, hinges and detail work.
- Small brass brush: metal range-hood filters, grates and metal hardware. Brass bristles can mark soft or coated surfaces, so keep it to bare metal.
- Squeegee head: windows and glass shower doors.
- Microfiber cloth cover, fitted over the squeegee head: upholstery and flat sealed surfaces.
- Extension rod: reach for window tops, tracks and floor-level grout. The rod gets extremely hot in use. Do not touch it.
- Cleaning needle: clearing the nozzle.
- Spare O-rings: replacements for the connections.
The extension rod screws onto the steam gun. The brushes and nozzle fit onto the nylon adapter.
What can I clean with it?
The product photos and video show it on stovetops and cooktops, range-hood filters, tap bases and sink edges, tile and grout lines, window tracks and frames, windows and glass shower doors, upholstery and door handles. It helps loosen grease, dirt and daily build-up so you can wipe it away.
We only list surfaces shown in the product photos and video. Test a hidden spot first on any finished surface.
What is it for?
Helping loosen grease, dirt and daily build-up so you can wipe it away. We sell it as a cleaning tool and make no health claims about it.
How long does it take to heat up?
The listed preheat time is 15 seconds. That is a rated figure, not a test we have run.
How long does one tank of water last?
The tank holds 40.6 fl oz (1200 ml). The listed steam time is 10–15 minutes per fill. A water-shortage alarm is also listed; the specification does not say whether it is a light or a sound.
Do I need to buy anything else?
No cleaning solution for the jobs shown; it runs on water. Every head on the in-the-box list is included. You supply the water and a cloth to wipe with. For filling, descaling and the type of water to use, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Can I adjust the steam?
Yes. A six-level steam adjustment knob sits on the top panel. Steam pressure is 43.5 psi (3 bar) and steam temperature is approx. 212–221 °F (100–105 °C). Both are rated figures.
How big is it?
The body is about 8.1 × 5.7 × 5.9 in (20.5 × 14.5 × 15 cm), with a carry handle on top. No weight is listed, so we do not state one.
Safety
What should I know before I use it?
- The extension rod gets extremely hot in use. Do not touch it.
- Never point steam at people, animals or electrical outlets.
- Do not use it in damp environments. There is a risk of electric shock.
- Do not use it near flammable fumes.
- Inspect the casing for damage before use. Stop using it if it is damaged.
- Unplug it after use and before cleaning or refilling. Pull the plug, not the cord.
- Unplug it and let it cool completely before opening the tank cap. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions.
- Empty the tank after each use. Let the unit cool completely before cleaning or storing it.
- Store it away from heat, direct sun and damp.
- Do not modify it or remove any safety parts.
- Small parts. Not for children under 3.
The product safety page repeats these warnings and adds a labelled list of general precautions for any hot-steam appliance. If someone has been burned or hurt, get medical help first, then unplug the unit and keep it, and tell us.
