United States only. What happens after you order, and what we cover. This is the short version; the full shipping policy and refund policy apply.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. The Meriklo has a US plug and runs on 110 V only, so it is not suitable for the UK, the EU or Australia, and we do not ship there.
- Dispatch: within 5–7 business days of your order.
- Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch, anywhere we deliver in the US.
- Cost: calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Duties: orders ship from inside the United States, so we do not expect customs duties or import fees.
- Confirmation: we email you when your order ships.
Need to change the address? Email support.vapora@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering.
Returns
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, with every piece from the kit list.
- Return shipping: you pay, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
- Faulty, damaged or missing pieces: covered by us. Missing kit pieces count as a wrong item.
- Refund: to your original payment method once the return arrives and is checked.
To start a return, email support.vapora@gmail.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and next steps.
Warranty
12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from delivery. Wear parts (O-rings, brushes, cloth cover), scale build-up and misuse are not covered.
