This page applies to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, if and when this store sells to them. Today the store ships to addresses in the United States only, and the unit is a 110 V appliance with a US plug that is not made for 220–240 V outlets. For US orders, the refund policy applies.
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, for a period of 14 days. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email to support.vapora@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except any extra cost you chose by picking a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You must send the goods back to the returns address we give you when you tell us you are withdrawing, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that period ends.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

United Kingdom
For consumers in the United Kingdom the same rights arise under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: 14 days to cancel, counted from the day after you receive the goods, and a refund no later than 14 days after we get the goods back. You may use the form above; in the UK it is called a cancellation form.
Your other rights
The right of withdrawal is in addition to your legal rights if the goods are faulty or not as described: the two-year legal guarantee of conformity in the EU and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK. Nothing in our policies limits those rights.
